Shortly after the Superbet Rapid & Blitz Poland,the Superbet Chess Classic Romania takes center stage in Bucharest. This is the first of two classical events on the 2025 tour – a 10-player round-robin featuring nine tour regulars plus one wildcard. With double the prize fund of
the rapid events, the players will battle for a total purse of $350,000.
