Shortly after the Super Rapid & Blitz Poland will be the Super Chess Classic Romania in Bucharest, Romania, from May 12th through May 24th. The first of two classical events, this tournament will feature a 10-player round robin.

With nearly double the prize fund of the rapid events, the players will fight for a total purse of $350,000.
